Again being in the fens I tend to keep schtum, too many ees fishing for the table

I have heard a lot of pikers do keep there catches quiet,sitting on them for years,as to not to give away any clues as to where there fishing

living on the edge of fenland drains to a certain extent ive always kept my catches quiet only tell close friends what ive had and from what drain . For the last few years ive done very little pike and zander fishing on average only 4 or 5 trips a winter . But still kept up with cathches that my mates are having

more then likely rubbish but while out yesterday he was well informed,knew the bloke, fish's the water,no interest in pike fishing because he a fluff chucker,no pike fishing allowed on the water,so if you broke the british record would you keep it quiet knowing you may get fired from your job?
